If you have 24 VAC to the timer board and still have no display, then you need a new timer board.

Did you solve your problem?I'm a hobart tech but havent been on this site lately.

Is it a Hobart? If so go to https://thesmartpartsestore.hobartservice.com/store/shopforparts and enter info for mixer in on top right and it will pull up the correct part manual for that unit and you can order what you need from them

on a a200 there is no oil. this mixer requiers grease. if mixer is leaking oil it is because the grease is broken down .you have to pull tpo cover off mixer remove trans. parts clean out old grease clean all trans. parts reassemble put top cover back on .then make sure mixer runs in all 3-speeds before putting 1.5 cans of -47grease back in grease can be bought @any hobart office

Not sure if you are asking if an H600 is automatically a single phase or a 3 phase and the answer is NO. Depending on the motor it will be 1 phase or 3 phase application. It will have 4 wires versus 3 wires -- hope that makes sense 3 of the wires are "HOT" on a 3 phase and only 2 are "HOT" on a single phase Motor.

One needs to know what the voltage and phase(1 or 3) the unit is and what the power supply is.

1 gallon of 90w Gear Oil -- can be purchased from AUTOZONE! Make sure when you have completely drained from the large drain screw from under the mixer toward the back of where the attachments go on but not part of the part that spins around known as the Beater shaft! Once you have drained out all of the oil -- from the top where the front screw attaches the head or cap of the mixer -- add the oil there and make sure you are watching the sight glass to see when it is at the HALF way mark in other words when the oil level (TIP: Use a bright led flashlight to shine directly at this sight glass to view level) reaches to the midway mark of the oval sight glass, THEN STOP! It is full! Carefully start mixer on 1st gear and then 2nd so on and so forth to make sure everything is getting relubricated correctly and slowly -- don't just go setting it on 3rd or 4th speeds as you want to baby the mixer when you just put in new gear oil Hope that helps!

You can but the dough would ride down towards the bowl instead of up and your mix would not turn out properly.What kind of mixer do you have?i'm a hobart tech and repair these mixers often.Let me know.

Check manually after disconnecting the motor if this is jammed. If so the motor must be reset as the bearings are faulty and so the rotor seems to get stuck with the coil core.Also if there is high drain with heat it is possible that the coils are faulty and might need an insulation failure test.

I'm having the same problem cap and all look good but still the motor won't run and the the overload trips the breaker

You cannot wire a three phase motor for single phase and you cannot wire a single phase motor for three phase. If you have a three phase dual voltage motor your options are 220 or 440 volts. If you have a single phase dual voltage motor your options are 120 or 240 volts. A 208 volt Hobart motor will only function correctly on 208 volts and is not dual voltage.

Check and see if your Vents are Open, you are overheating it and shutting down to protect your machine,. If it is not overheating then your Sensor is going bad. Clean it up and there is a better than average chance it will work much better...

take off the side cover where gear shifter is, you probably have the original arrow hart contactor in there ,that part is obsolete but you can get a kit from hobart to upgrade the control circuit

The transmission has to be disassembled for this repair. I believe your best option is to contact your local Hobart office and have them do it.

The machine can be internally rewired for 220 3 phase. Call your local Hobart office and have them come out and take care of it.

The housing must be removed to replace the pressure retaining spring

I understand that you want to know about the HP (Horse Power) of a H600, 60 quart mixer and weither it is a single or three phase.

All H600 Hobart mixers are equiped with a 2 horse power motor.

As to wether it is single or three phase you will need to look at the service tag of the machine. If is listed on it weather it is single or three phase.
