If your computer doesnt work turn it off and then on and that should do it.

The problem might be with your microphone. I suggest visiting a customer care office to have the problem looked into or if you have a warranty, return it to the place you bought it and ask for a replacement

sound to me like your chip inside the phone is bad. or you just might have to replace your battery. my charges on it's on without the charger plugged in. i will pull the battery out and wait a few minutes, put it back in and it's still chrarging lol. mine is my battery so yours probably is to.

It sounds like the file may be Content Protected meaning it might only be playable on the device you downloaded it to. It could also be a format your Ascend cannot play or in a special codec. Contact the download site to see if they have alternative versions for the Ascend or have a custom player for Android.

It's two completely different phones and sometime their formats just won't sync up

This not the solution to my problem as I have no problem receiving messages, it is in the typing of the text messages. I have to gage where I hit each letter as I cannot get the results I want by hitting the letter straight on. Please address this problem.

right click on photo and select rename

if i was you i would reset the phone. hold the power key and the volue down key and wait for 15 seconds. if that doesnt work put battery out then in, and just ultimatley give it tme to rest! hope this helps
