The SD card is probably bad, had the same thing happen to a card on my phone, the phone we just rpeatly try and mount it. You can try connecting it to a computer. look in your settings and see if your phone is on airplane mode. also if you dial *2290 it will also help you to get better service. these phones only run on two towers verizon and att. where i am at att does not work at all. I only use straight talk and i love the service but it all depends on your service tower. if this doesnt help you might have to call customer service .
