Jura Capresso Ultima 121 Espresso Machine Questions & Answers
Carousel not moving used grounds
It sounds like a gear mech is stuck, or stripped, or not working. I'm not familiar with these machines, but if a gear is just jammed, sometimes you can try to assist the movement and free it up (if you can get to the carousel). You'll have to take the unit apart to see what's going on, otherwise.
You might be able to get some support from Jura, so contact them:

Good luck, and hope this helps.
Carousel will not turn
You can order a new carousel from Capresso. It's $90, though:

Make sure the lever is up when turning the carousel, and keep the button at the back of the machine depressed while screwing the carousel onto the unit (and while taking it off the unit). I think the positioning of the button point at the beginning of the carousel replacement process is also important:

My Jura Capresso Ultima 121 suddenly has very poor
The unit has a clog, (probably from a buildup of minerals in the water). Empty as much of the water as possible and run the unit with white vinegar. If the clog is not severe the slightly acidic vinegar will breakdown the clog and allow it to pass through the water lines. Run 2 or 3 times with fresh water to remove any remaining vinegar. If this doesn't clean it enough get a small bottle of CLR Calcium Lime Rust cleaner and use it in place of the vinegar. CLR actually has instructions for cleaning your machine.

Unfortunately, without being there in person to inspect the machine and its components, it's difficult for me to provide a definitive answer. However, I can offer some general guidance that may help:
- Consult the user manual: The user manual for your Capresso C3000 should have a diagram or schematic showing the different components and their connections. If you still have the manual, check to see if there's a helpful diagram inside.
- Look for visual cues: While it can be difficult to identify the tubes by sight alone, there may be visual cues that can help you narrow down which tubes go where. For example, one tube may be thicker or more flexible than the others, or it may have a different color or texture.
- Experiment with different configurations: If you're unable to find a diagram or visual cues, you may need to experiment with different configurations until you find the correct one. This can be time-consuming and frustrating, but it may be the only option if you're unable to find any other information.
- Seek professional help: If you're still unable to identify the correct tube configuration, you may want to consider seeking professional help. A qualified technician or repair service may be able to identify the correct configuration and get your machine back up and running.
I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck in getting your Capresso C3000 back in working order!
