The 417 prefix means that the dryer was manufactured by Frigidaire. Frigidaire dryers use E60 to indicate the control board thinks that there is a stuck button on the control panel. Press each button separately and see if any seem to be stuck in one position. Replace any stuck buttons. If the buttons are fine, than you have a wiring issue between the control board and the control panel or the control board is faulty.
