The milk delivery tube is very narrow bore and in my experience you will find the tube is blocked with congealed milk solids even if you clean then regularly. You need an enzyme milk cleaner like Rinza and even with that you need to manually massage the tubes or remove the blockages. The service engineers just replace them.

In a previous position where they were actually done once a day, the tubes sometimes had to be removed and cleaned manually. The milk in the tubes was disgusting and stuck to the walls of the plastic tube like glue! They also don't tell you that these machines need dealer service every 6 to 12 months.
