Invicta (2540) Wrist Watch - Page 9 Questions & Answers
How to remove the band on the Invicta venom reserve
If you are talking about removing the entire band from the case, the Venom uses 2 spring-tension pins on each side, both of which must be released from their holes in the case to free the band. it is a tricky, hard to see procedure, even for a jeweler, but it can be done. I recommend taking the Venom to the jeweler the first time and letting them show you what the attachment looks like. This would make it easier for you to try yourself in the future without scratching the case or becoming too frustrated.
If you must try this yourself, be patient and use a small tool like a mini screwdriver to release the first pin via the small gap on the underside of the band, and then look for the 2nd pin which is further back. A small flashlight may help you see the pins. Then repeat on the opposite end of the band.
Putting the watch band back on the case is somewhat easier, still requiring patience and several tries. Don't lose or damage the pins.
