I am pretty sure a number 1 should come before the number you listed 106.57362703 so that is what I will go with. It appears that your Refrigerator was made by Whirlpool and sold to Sears. The first thing to check is if ice is still in the slots
from the last fill. Then if not any ice remaining fill the ice slots with tap
water and allow water to freeze. If the ice drops into the ice bin and the ice
maker does not refill with water on its own would indicate a defective water control
valve part number Click Here=> 4389177
Water Control Valve If water fills
the ice tray on its own I would say that the ice maker is the problem. It is
easier and less expensive to just buy the=> W10190965 Ice Maker

Drip pan overflowing on Kenmore side by side
Sounds to me like your defrost heating element is shot. Unplug the
refrigerator. Empty out the freezer take the screws off the back panel
and remove panel. Defrost the cooling coils with a hair dryer. At the
bottom behind the shield you will see a glass tube. Unplug it and bring
it to your local app repair shop and let them match it up because making
the phone call with your make and model doesnt always work but bring
those numbers with you as well. There was some models made with single
heating elements that had to work twice as hard to get the defrost job
done so they burned out more often. Your repair store will probably have
a new dual tube for ya. Hope this helps. Almost forgot..Make a
temporary plug with a paper towel and stick it in the water drain just
in case you drop a panel screw down the drain(not fun) good luck!

The working procedure of the Kenmore side by side refrigerator is as follows:---
First the compressor starts, the compressor is the main part which does the cooling. In the compressor there is refrigerant due to that it does the cooling.------- So compressor starts and it only cools the freezer section. In freezer section there is a evaporator coil.On that coil there is a defrost thermostat and defrost heater. This both defrost thermostat and defrost heater are controlled by defrost board.--- When the freezer compartment gets freezed to its set temperature. At that time the thermostat triggers the defrost board that freezer is cold till its set temperature. So now the defrost board gives command to defrost heater to turn ON.This is the main defrost cycle. In this cycle the fan in the freezer section starts running. And defrost heater starts running.Defrost heater melts the frosted ice collected on the coils and cool air from freezer section transfers to fridge section via the fan.The fan blows this cool air in the freezer section to fridge section. And this is how the fridge section gets cool. From where the cool air transfers from freezer to fridge section, this section is called damper. This damper open and closes by the motor. In defrost cycle damper motor open the damper cover and cool air runs to fridge section and in cooling mode the damper cover remains closed.---------But in your case, everything else is working fine. But damper cover is not closing.Due to this cool air is non-stop running from freezer to fridge section. That is why every thing in two lower drawer is freezing. There is where the damper cover is.----------
Either the damper cover is stuck open.Which you can force bit manually and close.Or the other possibility is, that damper motor is got faulty. And that is why the damper cover is remained open in one position. If the motor is faulty, then complete damper assembly including motor is available, that has to be replaced.---------------Most probably in your case the damper door is not getting properly closed or its stuck open or the damper motor is shorted out.Try to manually close open the door.If it starts working, your problem will get solved. But if its not functioning then damper assembly has to be replaced.
----------------
Many a times the damper door gets over-freezed and due to that this door gets stuck open.In that case i suggest try manual defrost procedure. In manual defrost procedure all ice will be melted from your complete refrigerator. So if this is freezing issue with damper door, then it will come to its normal procedure. The manual defrost procedure is as follows:-----
First unplug the unit from
main power outlet. Then empty whole unit completely. Then keep both the doors
open. Wait for 24 hours. All the ice collected on the coils and in the freezer section will
get melted. Clean the water from the sections. Then Connect the power cord of
the unit to main power outlet after 24 hours/.Then set the temperature to
normal in both fridge and freezer section. It will take near to 4 hours to get
run in its proper cooling cycle. Then check, if the problem returns again. If the problem is still there, then replace damper assembly.

Usually there are 2 small slots on the bottom of the dispenser door frame you can insert a small pin and pull outward to release the frame. Once thats off you can use driver tools to do the rest...
