Turn your cellphone off and press and hold the following keys at the exact same time then Volume Down Key + Power/Lock Key on the back of the phone. Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed on the cellphones screen and then immediately press and hold the Power/Lock Key again. Release all of the keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed on the screen .
I will suggest you check the microphone by doing a voice recording. After voice recording, if you can hear your voice then it means your microphone is ok. So, it might be due to a signal issue.

Pairing Bluetooth Devices
Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.
Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.
Roughly speaking though.
Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone whatever.
With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.
When the Android device recognises it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).

I happen to this sometimes. I would turn off the router and wait for a least 6 seconds and then turn on the router again. I also restart my smartphone and then connect to the Wifi successfully. Maybe you can give it a try.
that is a connection which indicates the tower is a great distance away and makes data internet connection speeds less than a turtle crawl. You may need to update your prl if you have the option in settings about phone software updates or input a different APN under network if you have that option, for APN settings you will need to google that with your carrier name...i.e, google search apn settings for at&t or apn settings for T-Mobile
