How do I get unknown sources unlocked on a LG phoenix 4 with frp
First of all, go to Settings and under System you will find "Security". Click on it.
Then choose "Unknown sources" and tick it
You should get the information that installing an application from unknown sources could be very harmful to your device.
If you are 100% certain you want to do that click OK and it should get ticked
If that is done, you can proceed to install some other applications to purchase apps. A good example is Amazon

LG LOGO INTERMMITTENT POPS UP
Sounds like you have an intermittent software error which launches it into boot mode. Have you tried/or have you recently reset or upgraded the OS? You might want to restore from a known good backup and try to upgrade your OS again. Other than that, a factory reset (and then upgrade OS after that) seems to be a logical next step.
Best of luck to you! ~Andrew K.
