MY P[ROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTER IS WENT I TURN ON IT

Its probably caused by the RAM, have it checked. If you can do it yourself, clean the RAM as shown in the image below:
a870c24.jpg
Install it back to the computer and turn it on. If problems persist try another RAM, it may already need replacement.

In case your computer has 2 RAMS installed, clean them both. To test if there is a busted one, install the one then turn on the PC, if it works shut down the PC. Then try the other one, if it works too then it just needs some cleaning. But if not, one of them needs replacement. You can still use your computer with 1 RAM, just don't expect the same performance as having two RAM. Resetting the CMOS may also help you in the process.

Please reply if this has helped you. Thanks.

HDMI audio through AGP graphics card

I love ppl like you. You have an old MoBo and wish to use a new OS which hasn't even been released to the public yet (and I do know) and complain that you have problems.

The OS was released to developers some time ago to iron out bugs (such as yours) and has only recently seen the release of the RTM version (release to manufacturer) for finalisation before release to the public which should be coming shortly.

I was contacted by Microsoft along with many others long ago when they were developing this OS (I told them all along Vista was ****!) so I know the history of it.

Your problem may be solved with the release to public but could need ppl sending an error report and an update.

I also have an nf7-s no video or beeps

The one thing that people should stay away from is the Motherboard! It may be fried to use your word, but a Motherboard is not a french fry to be fried. An MB is a complicated and multiple task board that, once to find the fault, it takes pennies to fix it. The way you talk it seems that the computer is old and slow and antiquainted. If that is not so, then send us the following information: (1) Name of Mnufacturer and Trade Name of Computer; (2) Model Name and Number; (3) Motherboard Identification Number. If you have a problem we can help you find it. (4) All details of what happened when you tried to turn it on. Also under this, we would like to ask you what type of Memories are used. Thank you for your consideration of choosing our service. CONSTANTIN (arzconst)

Noise

That noise is due to your Power-Supply-Unit, Hard-Drive, Optical Drives, other spinning devices, and ventilation fans. You can reduce some of it but not all of it.

For example, your hard-drive could be rather old and producing a lot of noise when it spins up, reads, or writes data. You could replace it with a newer hard-drive which barely makes any noise. The same with your Power Supply Unit (PSU). It could be old and rather noisy. You could buy yourself a newer one such as the ones made by PC Power & Cooling which gets you a quieter product. However that's about it as you DO NOT want to reduce the amount of fans in your system.

Sorry if this was not the solution you were after. However most noise from a computer stems from ventilation fans which can be replaced but should not be removed.
