Concur with the water valve solenoid; have had this experience several times with two way and even three way valves. Pull the unit and remove the mixing solenoid after the water is shut off. Sometimes a simple good cleaning and reassembly can make a difference but a replacement is the best answer. Your water dispersion is timed by the solenoid to fill the icemaker. Ergo, the water being dispensed at both ice AND drinking should flow at 1 ounce per second, optimally. The filter issue could indicate the presence of hard water debris already in the system and you'll need to trace that all the way back to the plumbing valve. If it's a needle tap, remove it and plumb in a good valve, I hate those things.

Check the hinges are tight and seal in correct place to seal and stick. make sure no shelves are out of position stopping the door from closing properly, and lose some weight from the door if you keep lots of heavy bottles in it.

I have had that problem when my Kenmore frig was surrounded by too much stuff that prevented air flow to the coils. It was also a problem when I had it on carpeting. I put a wood panel underneath the whole frig and cleared away all the clutter.

Buy a condenser coil cleaning brush.

Usually the fan is automatically turned on when needed. Good job on cleaning the coils; number one issue with refrigerators.

Try cleaning the coils usually located at the rear of the unit. If the coils are not clean the compressor will not be able to work properly.

That is normal these sounds are the contractions and expansion of plastics when it becomes very cold or thaws.

It's probably iced up. The ice is blocking the air flow, and the compressor is cycling on and off because things are not the way they are supposed to be.

If the doors are sealing tightly then i sounds like a defrost heater/timer or bad high limit switch. Thaw the evaporator out. If the fan does not run at all within the first twenty mins then the poblem is in the fan motor or thermostat switch that contols the fan motor. Lastly if the coil is only freezing up partially then you have a refrigeration issue. Reguardless make sure you have cleaned the condenser area of lint and pet hair at least once every two years.

If the refrigerator is new, or if you used PVC cement, it's normal to get this taste for a few days. Take water out but not for drinking in the next days.

Hi,Without having water hooked up the to unit it is possible to have water on floor. This is by defrost only. I mean is every fridge has to defrost, so with this being said I will tell you were to look for the issue. open and inspect the freezer side to assure no water on or has formed in the bottom of that section only. If no was or ice is found, the last place to look is under the unit. This may only be possible from the back on most new units. What your looking for is a tube the would exit from the freezer side down into a pan. Follow the water tail and in all is good, you might have a cracked drain pan. I have fixed these with tape, silicon, both is needed and replacement of pan. If the ice slots inside the ice maker are empty try pouring tap water in the slots and allow the water to freeze. If after the water freezes the ice drops into the ice bucket and the ice maker does not refill this would indicate that the side of the=> W10408179 Water Inlet Valve is defective on the side that controls ice maker water supply. If the ice maker just sits there and does nothing this would point to a defective ice maker. Depending what is wrong with the ice maker will determine what parts are replaced.
