Will not power on

Hi There is a reset button or buttons depending on the boiler. That may be the problem or if it isn't the reset buttons its the board. If you need instructions for getting into the machine you will need to email me. This one and the next picture is the new style J boiler. The last picture is the old style boiler.

The tray below the coffee cup holder has coffee in

HI
The coffee residue is the result of the machine relieving its pressure into the drip tray. When it relieves its pressure, a little coffee residue with some water is released also, otherwise you would have an explosion of coffee inside your machine. If you are getting dry coffee in the drip tray you are getting an overcharge and that is not good. If you get residue under the drip tray, you have a blocked drain in the back of the machine just above the center of the drip tray.

Our Saeco Vienna Deluxe will not stop grinding.

Hi
3 things
1. Grind is too fine. Move to a very coarse grind, say 16.
2. Move the small knob to the - side and try again.
3. If that didn't work your going to have to clean you grinder.
Need instructions? email me.

On Vienna Deluxe after the beans are ground and ready to drop the espresso shots, nothing comes out and the red light goes on? I shut the unit off for a minute or so, turn it back on and it works ok,

Solid red light is a ventilate light.. Try Priming the machine to see if the light goes away. Something may be in the flow meter. Its the while device between the water tank and the pump of the machine. You would have to open the machine and clean out the flow meter. Also, if you haven't descaled the machine already, I would start there. Saeco Espresso Parts Brew Groups Pumps Boilers Water Tanks Drip trays

Hi, My Saeco Vienna isn't working so great. When I start it up, it makes no brew-group movements and the red light goes on, as well as the water light. Both are displaying solid lights. it won't go in

If every component is in it's correct position and the brew group makes no or very little movement upon start up, it means the 33v DC converter on the CPU is probably bad and the board will need to be replaced. Or, one of the microswitches in the gearbox could also be broken or malfunctioning. Either way, with the symptoms you've described, I believe you will need to have the machine serviced by a Saeco Certified technician. The repair should cost between $175 - $225 unless there are multiple issues.

Machine Is Stuck on "VENTILATE" Command

I had this "Ventilate" problem after descaling my Saeco Incanto de luxe. I tried all posted suggestions within my capability/user level to no avail. Just when I thought I was going to need to contact customer service for repair, I went through the menu settings and selected "yes" for Factory Settings and the ventilate message went away and the machine was immediately "Ready for Use". Weird, but it worked for me.

How to replace seaco vianna fuse

There do not appear to be any "User Serviceable" electrical parts for this machine. There is, however, a troubleshooting guide available in the User Manual. Here is the User Manual: http://www.cerinicoffee.com/Manuals/Saeco/viennadeluxenors.pdf Good luck, that looks like a very nice machine.

Brew group/thermostat ?

Definitely sounds like an overheating issue. Especially if you have to wait a half hour for it to cool down and then it brews again. If it is under warranty I recommend replacing it.

Will not power on

Has thus happened before? If it hasn't, then maybe you've used it like that everyday making two cups and maybe if it needs batteries or other things like that, you could replace it. But, if it doesn't work, you could always buy a new one.

Saeco Vienna digital coffee maker sup 018d after

The machine's brew unit motor is not working correctly and needs service. A wire may be broken, motor can be burnt, or the power board is not sending enough power to the motor. Best to bring it to a service center. http://www.cerinicoffee.com/espresso-parts/espresso-machine-service-center-new-york.html
