You should make sure the range matches the correct gas, if you have to change orifice you must get the correct ones from manufacture do not use any other orifice
always unplug electricity before attempting to repair on any electrical appliance
Ignitor stays on

The ignitors on your Cooktop have gotten wet, or where exposed to moisture.
Please follow my instruction on the Tip below to rectify the problem:

no there is not the burners wont have anywhere the electrodes could mount to,plus it would need to wired for a spark module and find spark switches for the valves that were never designed to fit those gas burner valves

When second igniter is turned on, circuit breaker
Normally if trip switch activates, it means there is a problem on the ignitor board. Easiest way is to replace it. Trying to repair it is like playing dice. A good repairer is pricey and a poor repairer is costly.(At least with a new board, there is a gaurentee.) Unfortunately it should be replaced by a responsible technician as the gaurentee is not valid if done by a non technician.

The filter is always good to check first. If not chances are its a flow problem a shop vac works wonders.
Kitchenaid 30'' low flame output
It's wasn't the perfect solution but I removed all the burner caps and cleaned each one with a tooth brush. Then using a metal trussing pin, I poked through the flame holes to clean them. Noticed better flame output from both.
