You can check for water getting through the solenoid valve by pulling the hose off going to the freezer and have someone push the dispense button while you hold a towel to catch the water coming out of the solenoid. Hi, There is two thermostats, one to control cycle located under chill plate, other is located on the side of the bin inside. The one on the bin is the one that controls ice level. Hi Brent, I have experienced the same problem on a few units like yours and it came down to the main control board malfunctioning. It is located next to the compressor behind a metal plate. Those controls are no longer being sold at the part store so, you would have to remove it and send it in for reconditioning. Check out www.corecentricsolutions.com they will repair it for around $109.00 plus shipping. You may be able to find the control on ebay but they are being sold for over $500.00. Good luck.
