F2 E1 is an error code that says the membrane (touch pad assembly) is not connecting to the ERC(Electronic Range Control). Call the warrantee company and give them the model number and serial number of your range and ask them if it still has a parts warrantee on the electronics. If it does, they will have to send their technician out to replace the part or parts and charge you for the labor. Your model may have the membrane and Erc all in one part, so an easy diagnosis, if it is seperate you need to make sure the membrane ribbon connector is plugged tightly into the Erc, plug your range back in, press cancel, and then retest. If it still fails then replace the membrane, test and if it fails again, replace the Erc. Before you tear into this make sure you unplug the unit for 30 minutes, plug it back in and test. Sometimes this will reset the Erc and solve your problem. If it doesn't the make sure you unplug the range before doing any repair work. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists
Hi Cecchung,
I think I know it.
Modern cookers have semi automatic ignition. Behind every knob there is a hidden switch and the switches are wired in "parallel". That means, when one button is put in "sparkstand", all plugs will spark. At least it should be.
In the youtube movie you can see how these switches are in a string.
So I suppose that the switch behind the button for the main burner does not work.
Fortunately, you still can lit that burne r with the other buttons.
Look at the movie, may be you can fix it yourself.
Kind regards, Dik

Hi,
I think you have a cooling fan issue with your unit, if the thermostats are sensing the unit is too warm it shuts down. So if the cooling fans is not coming on is will happen also. I hope this answers you question. Good Luck I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gere_bf68e6055dd61249
its not what you want to here but you cannot carry out work on a gas appiliance without first passing the course. what seems s little straight forward job actually you could be leaving yourself open to a gas leak on the appliance. Get a Gas engineer with CKR1 who can do the job and leave you safe
Because "It" doesn't Like You! LOL OK really you have a bad Ignitor. It is the device that makes that "Clicking" sound. Though rare, they do fail. So you can replace it.
You asking how to Level the entire range? Most Like refrigerators have adjustable feet that need moving in the direction like a screw. You going to need a Level (duh!), some 2x2 wood, and a fulcrum(something to lift the oven up a little). BE SURE YOU HAVE A) REMOVE UNPLUG POWER B) GET ANOTHER PERSON TO HELP YOU LIFT! While gradually-slowly lifting oven place 2x2 by 6inches long under the oven on both sides. Now you can see the feet and start turning them and they will extend (clockwise usually). Once you do ONLY the front two, repeat the same for the back two. Now you can tell your helper by placing the Level every which way usually three different directions while you adjust the feet till they are level. If this person doesn't "Get It", Be nice and say thank you and find someone who does! (don't Use Your Wife, if married to one)
Oven locks to prevent harm to people because temp can read 900f during self clean. The oven latch will not release untill the oven cools down. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/dan_73bbd84fe1d95b61
