Manually it works the timer not working

There are no replacement timer modules for power packs.
If override works: buy cheap plug-in timer, set power pack to override and then plug power pack into cheap timer.

Flippers not functioning

be sure that the trippers you are using are for this specific model if you purchased them seperately.
if they are for your model then make sure they are fully seated so that they are engaging the switch. if you are using trippers you have had a long time the remove one go to your local store where you can buy the low voltage power pack. they should have additional trippers to go with your model examine the new trippers to make sure yours look the same and are not worn or broken. if all appears good then you may have a problem with the switch that is engaged by the trippers and the unit may need to be replaced.

I have a Malibu 200

Malibulights.com has manuals.
http://malibulights.com/customer_service/owners_manuals.aspx

People post malibu questions on Fixya each day.
Some people report being able to take apart power pack and timers, but nobody reports being able to fix power pack once it stops functioning.

If you can get manual override to turn lights on, 'Harry' wrote to fixya with some help.
His timer stopped working so he bought cheap plug-in timer, set power pack to override, and then plugged power pack into cheap timer.
Harry also said his power pack has 5 year warranty and he was negotiating with Malibulights.com for replacement. No word how that came out.

There are no parts for power packs.
Best I found are tips for next power pack that might save money:
The reason I add tips now, before your power pack needs replacement is some fella wrote fixya.
He bought 500 Watt power pack to replace 300 Watt > thinking bigger was better.
Power pack burned out. Here's why:
a) Match wattage of bulbs with wattage of power pack
Lets say you have fifteen 20 watt bulbs = 300 watts, so install 300Watt power pack
b) Installing a 500W power pack on 300W of bulbs will burn out bulbs and power pack.
c) Replace bulbs as soon as they burn out or other bulbs will burn out and power pack will burn out.
d) When working on bulbs, unplug power pack or power pack may burn out.

Transformer problem

Malibu power pack has to match total watts of bulbs

15 bulbs each 20 watt = 300 Watt power pack
10 bulbs each 20 watt = 200 Watt power pack

Timer worked for years. Just replaced lights.

Download manual for Malibu 200 Watt power pack

According to Malibu website information, your power pack is correct size if lights come on.
The way to figure is this
10 bulbs x 18 watts each = 180 Watts
so 200 watt power pack is good

Does the manual override work?
Rotate the on-off button counterclockwise
If override does not turn lights on-and-off, then timer has a short

Does the center dial turn when power is on?
If the dial is not turning, then power pack is kaput, or time of day is not set

Did you reset the time of day?

2205f7b.jpg

How to set time of day:
Put your trippers in place
Red = ON
Black = OFF
Plug in power pack
Rotate arrow (colored blue in diagram) as follows
Turn dial clockwise to present time of day (diagram shows 9 o'clock)
Turn dial one or more full revolutions, then return to present time of day

If center dial is still not rotating after setting time of day, it's time for new $50-80 power pack, unless you put a $15 timer on that plug. A cheap timer might work ... keep it going for couple more years.

How do I do the wire connection to the

I'm assuming that you have a cord that has 2 leads, similar to a black extension cord. Connect one lead to the farthest one on the left screw, skip the middle screw, then connect the other lead to the right screw. Why they did this might be because they used a standard terminal block on all their product and were too lazy to take out the middle screw.

Can I replace the clock in a Malibu low voltage transformer?

A sorry tale of companies going out of business x 2. You may be able to get an electronics expert to diagnose and fix the clock. It may be something as the capacitor that powers the clock display. I would open it up and visually check it for bulging or splitting. EDIT TO ADD - There are NO Capacitors! https://www.totalledmalibulighting.com/malibu-lighting-intermatic-brinkmann-transformers.html I just watched this video and it appear that your answer is to change the button cell battery for a new one. It is a soldered button battery and would be easy to change. It looks like CR2032 (check first). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-X56K1tzNMs CR2032 with tabs. I would even solder in a battery case for easy replacement in the future. https://www.amazon.com/cr2032-solder-tabs/s?k=cr2032+with+solder+tabs .. .. ..

First five outdoor malibu lights work then the next 10 dont work

It depends on how the manufacturer made it, but probably the first one that doesn't work is burnt out.
