Snowblowers typically dont have fuel filters. So of course the carburetor gets debris fouled and the repair shop puts in a inline filter.

The manufacturers dont like fuel filters for snowblowers because they can freeze if water is present. But I have a two strike rule. If a machine comes back more than once with debris in fuel, it gets a filter.

To check the filter (engine off and cool) disconnect the line on the carburetor side of the filter. Fuel should flow in a steady stream. If it drips, try a new filter.

If you have fuel up to the carburetor but no fuel in the cylinder (from carburetor) then likely the carburetor float is stuck. Especially if it sat for 10 months. You'll need to make sure fuel is filling the carburetor bowl. Loosen the carburetor bowl nut or remove nut and bowl. Fuel should flow steady from the inlet needle valve.

If first start this season, likely no fuel issue (stuck carburetor float). Quick test with starter fluid. Spray a short burst of starter fluid directly into carburetor intake. Promptly attempt to start. It shoul fire and run a few seconds. This means no fuel in carburetor.

If it wont fire with starter fluid then possibly no spark, but still might be a fuel issue (flooded).

The blossoms only last a few days. If it was in full bloom then and you didnt let it dry out completely, it is normal. It should bloom again next year (under proper lighting conditions and soil fertility).

The light should flash a few times and go on continuously before unit is ready to strike the arc. There is something being detected that is not correct. Since there seems to be no schematics, it is best to contact Miller regarding this problem. The fan action you describe MIGHT indicate that something is shorted and causing heating. The fan should not cycle on unless you are welding. There is likely a failure of the inverter in this unit and will require servicing. Again, Miller is the best source of info. Contact their service from this site that depends on your zip code:

I would say the two most important issues are ventilation and heating. These are both important for the health of the plant. Still air encourages pathogens and discourages photosynthesis. Heating is necessary to keep the temperature at the plant's optimal level.
