Luminox Navy SEAL Dive 3103 Wrist Watch - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Watch stops when stem is fully engaged
Hi,
It sounds like the setting mechanism has gotten out of place or is bent. A qualified watchmaker can fix this for you.
Hope this helps,
Ken

Trouble with the hour hand
this is an hour wheel problem and can only be corrected by replacing the gears that are damaged then resetting the hands...only a professional trained watchmaker should handle this, there really is no other simple way to correct it

Set the date
If you dial in the date before noon make sure you stop winding the crown right after the date flips. That will give the internal mechanism the most room to cycle and not flip at noon. If you are setting it after noon wind the crown just until the date you want starts to move to the following date, but stop immediately after so as to not flip over. That way the mechanism will be close to changing the date and should flip it at midnight. Make sense? Hopefully, good luck.

Can you get photos from pc using photo frame
You can not get photos directly from your PC to the photo frame. You have to transfer photos to removable media first (SD card or similar) and then use this media in photo frame.

My Luminox Alarm Chronograph seems to work in all
It can be the battery if your watch model has separate battery for alarm function. If your watch originally is running on one battery, then check out if the sound transmitter spring is missing. Sound is transmitted through the coil spring or small peace of metal which is sticking upwards out of movement, so, when the case back is fitted to the case, the spring is touching sound membrane inside the case back, thus enabling transmit vibrations (sound). If there is nothing as I just described, you will need to get one and fit it to the movement. If there is such a spring, then movement has micro electric fault and should be fixed. In both cases you have to visit your nearest watchmaker and ask for help.
Rate me, plz.

I dont know how to change the time on my luminox
Pull the crown out 2 positions , set time, then push back in...if the hands dont work they are probably either rusted, stem is rusted or you have bad set levers, possibly the hour wheel is stripped also

My luminox watch needs a new bezel
You'll need a watchmaker to fit the new bezel. If it is just scratched I wouldn't recommend fixing it. You may pay 50$ for the new bezel and a pressure check; that may not be economical.
