Hi,
See if you can turn the blades or reach a knife balde in to turn the blades....if something has jammed them.... get it removed... if they spin feely, then the motor is bad and replacement will probably cost more then a new one...

Krups grinder squeals
Without taking the machine apart, it will be virtually impossible to know what the squealing is from or how to fix it. The device will have to be diss-assembled to examine what the problem actually is, fix it, and them re-assembled. If you camn't do it, or don't have the tools, then call a few places around town to see who can do the work and how much it will cost you. IF the machine is under warranty, and you have proof-of-purchase, it can be replaced or repaired for NO CHARGE. CONTACT KRUPS on their 1-800 number toll free line and ask for a cutomer service representative and explain your problem to them, and they will advise you.
Spice grinder blades won't turn
You just need to turn blade with some tool which has a good grip ..I just did it with "Pincers"and now its working..Hope this help.

on the bottom of the canister there are 4 to 5 slots with plastic snapins. Useing a smal;l flat head screwdriver, gently push the plastic tang to the inside and pull apart at the same time. I know sounds a bit diffacult, but you have to work your way around it 1 at a time.

This portable, plug-in grinder has a removable lid and bean grinder chamber. The blade on the Krups bean grinder is fastened to the bottom of the grinder chamber. You may need to replace the blade on your Krups 203. The Krups 203 comes with a limited 1-year warranty, but the company recommends you send your grinder to the company to make repairs. It probably cooked the motor. You need to assess the cost of repair against a new unit and if your coffee will have a smokey taste if repaired also It would be easier to just buy a new one. Not worth the time or effort to repair.thanks
