What brand is the juicer? Most reputable manufacturers have a website you can contact them and request the parts and in most cases you will not find parts in retail stores they have to be directly ordered from manufacturer.

I have a Juiceman professional series 211 a ns

Hello. I recently inherited a Juiceman Pro Series 211, and I needed a manual for it. I want to take the best advantage of this fine system.
I contacted Juiceman Customer Service, 800-738-0245, and asked them for help. They sent me to this website http://useandcaremanuals.com/ so that I could download the JM Pro 211 manual.
From what it looks like, there are many other manual there for other appliances, too. Hope this helps.

Philips Avance Juicer 1871 has just completely stopped while juicing lemons - its been cleaned and nothing is stuck, what should I do? Its only 3 months old.

Push the reset button underneath - this worked with mine when the same happened to me; I only realised it was there after changing the fuse, which didn't fix it. I turned it over and found the button and voila!

I've tried all suggestions how to remove the strainer, nothing is working it's stuck in there. Tried to find a # to call CS and they are in Canada only. I can't get the strainer out.

Big boss juicer won't work

I had the same problem. Mine completely stopped working after I put a small carrot in there. Can't find a customer service number for them. I did find an email for Antoinette Ramos. [email protected] She emailed me back and said they would send me a new Juicer. Almost 20 days later, I have not received it and I can't get a reply email from her at all. I just looked at the email and her phone number is on there, so I will be calling. Here it is incase you still need it.800-423-4248Good luck.Jayme
