If your watch band have UV sensitive pigmentation in it, there is nothing you can do, but buy the new band.
Find your nearest jeweller and ask to clean watch band in ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour. If this kind of cleaning doesn't help, that means your watch band is UV sensitive and is and will be discolouring more and more by the time.
Alternatively you can try to clean it with the lighter fluid (ZIPPO). Soak a soft cloth in to lighter fluid and clean the band. Start with a small area inside band to make sure the fluid is not reacting as dissolver, as some resins react quite vigorously and tend to transform into chewing gum sort of state.
And again- if this cleaning doesn't help, the band is UV sensitive and discolouring is taking place.
That discolouring is happening becouse some of the colour pigments used in resin manufacture are sensitive to ultraviolet light and when exposed to sunlight or daylight, they react in a chemical
way, changing molecular structure, wich we see as the colour change.This process can not be reversed and this is why the band can not be cleaned.

The waterproof seal is not woking, or one of the controls was used while the watch was wet, and water came in to the watch. If this is not serviced soon, there will be eventual damage to the movement of the watch.

Nearly always, Nautica watches have a screw-down caseback. This is best opened using a case tool that provides at least three points for rotation of the caseback. Look up watch case back tool on amazon. Avoid the tools that have only two points.

IN the past rather than finding bands specific for a particular brand of watch I have had good luck simply using one of the many universal fit bands available from various sources. Simply hold them up to your watch to determine compatibility and whether you like the look.
