Simple, remove the batteries, leave a time without, then put back in place, will return to factory settings alone

Fluke 87 reads Lead and beeps on and off ,changed battery and still the same

If you select current measuring (A or mA) and have the test lead connected to V then you get this alarm. Same thing if you select Voltage measuring and the lead is connected to a current terminal. Check the connections and the selector setting.
