How to install hansgrohe toilet brush

This model has a bracket that will mount to the wall using two screws and plastic anchors. Then the brush holder will snap into place on this bracket. There will be a hole in the bottom of the holder that will look like a set screw but this is only a push pin. It is spring activated and not threaded. To remove it you simply push up on this pin and pull the holer off the wall bracket. If you need further help feel free to contact Hansgrohe Tech at 1-800-334-0455. Hansgrohe 41533 wall mounted soap dish install

I had the same problem with a Hansgrohe set screw on my toilet paper holder. Thought an allen wrench would do to open it but it does not work, I had to use the end of a pointy dinner knife to coax it out, might have also used a flat edge glass repair screwdriver also to get it out. It almost look as if it was "stripped" in the opening. I'm now trying to find a replacement set screw and came across this page. Hope that helps.

Hi, I purchased a Hansgrohe Raindance S 100 AIR 3-Jet Handshower last year. Lately, some amount of water seems to be coming out between the grey plastic and the outer-housing (instead of through the h

Hello david41139, This is a sign the spray face is getting clogged or slowed by water deposits. When this happens it will slow the water going through the venturi in the head and begin to express water in the areas it would normally draw in air. The first thing to try is to soak the spray face in CLR. Follow the instructions on the container for use of the CLR. It will most likely instruct you to dilute. Then rinse the head well. Reconnect the head and run water through it. While running you will need to rub the rubber water channels in the spray face. Then repeat the process at least two more times to remove all the deposits. If you need any further assistance give me a call at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for tech and ask for David. I will be happy to help.

How do a fix a cold water leak coming from the faucet?

Read the Assembly Instruction (Finish Set) found at http://spares.hansgrohe-usa.com/etk/US/product/04465000/8802057498467.seam?fsid=0x0000771100006CC100007701&lang=en_US&wcms=US on the Hansgrohe website. I chose the Focus S Shower System Combination Set, Article No# 04465000, because it's sort of generic and typical. Part # 88727000 will solve your problem

One of my HG shower systems has increasingly lower volume. The shower head and supply hose are fine. what should I check next?

If you are using water in another part of the house most times the pressure at the bathroom shower will go low. For instance if some one in the kitchen draws water in the kitchen sink this will make the shower water even turn cooler because of low pressure. Flushing the toilet will also do the same. Most houses are plumbed with half inch water pipe and would work a lot better if it was three quarter inch to give more water pressure.
