If you open the back lid ...you may be lucky and it may have a balance adjustment ...(manually ) ..It looks like a little lever that can be moved left and right to set the "speed"..and this way adjust it ...left for to slow down ..and right for to go faster when it leaves behind..Most watches have it ..specially mechanical ones..If it does not ,,Im not sure what you can do ..(if it is just electrical ..)
The adjustment Im talking about it is actually the hair-spring tension ...
and it might have something similar even if it is electronic based ..(usually some screws need to be tight or loose and has indications inside ) (numbers)

Your watch is fitted with EOL (end of life). This does not mean end of watch life, but end of battery life. Replace battery and watch will work as it should. Rate me, please.

It is not normal that the bracelet falls so often.
There seems to be an issue with the product. However the warranty period in most cases is limited to 2-3 years, which unfortunately has crossed in your case.
Therefore in this case u need to pay for the bracelet.

Alternatively you can sell your watch on ebay or some other similar site with the mention that bracelet is an issue.

The battery was low to begin with, or the electronic timing module has developed a flaw. I recommend going back to the same jewelers and have them change the battery again, if it works they can not charge you.

Hi, might be too late but you just need to change the battery as the watch save energy by going every 5 second, mine done the same and now is fine by changing battery.....

Time zone and correcting the date: pull the crown out to position 2.Turn the crown forwards or backwards, the hour hand moves forwards or backwards in one-hour jumps. The date can be moved forwards or backwards by moving the hour hand past midnight accordingly.Push the crown back to position 1.

The date change is a mechanical operation.A gear train turns and rotates a date ring.This turn over is designed to take place at 12 but the wheels can take some time to flip the date over so by 12.30.If its say 3am then the date ring can be re set to make it closer to 12.

The chronograph resets at 0 on the recorder hands and the crono hand resets at 12:00 hope this helps.gabe
