The push button is not turning the moter on
it sounds to me like the air button may not be working. You may have a
small hole in the bellows which is the part that sends the air down the
air tubing to the air switch in the motor. If there is not enough air
being pushed down to the switch it will not activate the motor. You need
a new air button or a new air switch in the motor. Pull the pump out
and plug it into an outlet. take a straw and blow into the air switch
while the pump is plugged in. it the motor turns on then you know you
need an air button on the top of the tub. If the motor does NOT turn on
then you need an air switch for the motor.

Hello,
I don't have a problem,
your friend is correct. Actually the oils will not hurt the system either but not sure about Oatmeal in the tub. As long as the jets were not turned on with the Oatmeal thingy going you would be just fine.

WE EAR A POPPING SOUND
Sounds like the circuit board in your pump system has been hit by a voltage spike and will need to be replaced.

Is it possible to get
Well, you aren't going to find another piece that will integrate with your kit, that's for sure. If the long part of the opening is wider than the standard kit size, that's a good thing because it is fixable. I'm guessing your standard kit size is 72 inches instead of the 73 you have now. You just need to pack out the sides by 1/2" each. Assuming that your kit shower walls are integrated with a tub or with a base, then you can use strips of 1/2" plywood or similar to pack out the studs. Likely you'll have greenboard or some other wall surface above the top of the kit walls, so pack out the studs right up to the ceiling--that way the drywall or other surface will be positioned correctly relative to the shower kit walls.

I didn't receive a manual
by the feet or support boards nailed to the wall to support the rim of the tub and brick mortar under it.

Have a 38" angle Himalaya
As there is a movement due to weight the mounting or the bracket would definitely help but only after you have sealed the leak with Super glue/quick fix type of adhesive after the bracket has been fixed. To apply the adhesive you must dry up the inner and outer surfaces and allow some time for the adhesive to dry up.
