On of my two front
You need access from the back of the jet. What you do is cut out the old one and install a new one. I suggest that you use a marine grade, under the waterline sealer. Silicone will not work. The under the waterline sealers take several days to cure, but they work. The hoses get glued with a PVC type of sealer that you get from a hot tum place, along with the jets needed.

My bath tub with jets hums and I can't find an access panel.
The pump is usually at the side/rear of the tub, opposite the drain, the faucets can be mounted anywhere, but usually over the drain. The panel could be tiled, and just grouted in, if it is not exposed, try tapping on it to see if it sounds different in spots. Who knows, it might just fall out. How about behind the back wall?? Closet? Access? There is no electrical parts in there to repair, Pretty sure it is just the motor. and a bunch of pipes glued together and stuck through the tub. Did you fill the tub with water before trying the jets? Just checking. Hope this helps.

My American Standard Whirlpool does not turn on.
Remove access panel make sure pump is plugged in some electricians put a GFI outlet under tub for motor make sure GFI did not trip. Next the switch is an air switch look for the hose going to switch is connected last you may need a new air switch which is common to fail

My American Standard whirlpool pump will only hum.
The bearings (or bushings) of the pump or pump motor have siezed, these can be replaced on some models but for the most part you will need to replace the pump and/or pump motor. and as where to get parts, i would suggest the outlet from wich you purchased the unit or another appliance outlet. Or if you feel up to the challenge, im sure you could find replacement parts on the internet: google, ebay, etc.

Just hooked tub up and it won't work
i've been on board during many of these initial start-ups, there is a little red re-set switch on the motor somewhere (you'll see it), it is usually tripped, just push it back in, you'll usually hear it click when you push it in .

Whirlpool pump only buzzes.
Well there are two things....You say "buzzes?" Like pump is running "humming" & not pushing water. That would be an "airlock" in the pump & it needs to be primed.
If it's "buzzing" & pump motor is not turning (Like it's froze) you might have a bad start up capacitor on the pump that needs to be replaced. Worst case scenerio entire pump needs replacement.

Air switch randomly comes on by itself and I have to leave the breaker off
This could be caused by a faulty relay or switch in the control panel. It is best to have a qualified technician inspect the control panel and replace any faulty components. If the issue persists after replacing the faulty components, then it could be a wiring issue and a qualified electrician should be consulted.
