I bought a sanyo e15005tp and i charged it once and then used up the battery once i saw the battery was almost dead i tried charging it but the camera turned off with the lense still out now it wont c
Well, for starters, the camera can be defected, because you said that when you charged the battery, it said it was on low, correct? So you should probably send it to the manufacturer, Sanyo, and they might give you a new Sanyo camera, since you got it defected. BUT first, you should call, and ask for more reference. Secondly, just see cheap deals on eBay, & Amazon, so buy a new battery. If you find that you DID charge it, than the Camera itself is defected. But their is also a chance that your area you charged it in IS either too hot or too cold, causing the battery pack to take longer, and lose the battery itself. Hope this info. helps!

Hi there,Lens errors are usually caused by mechanical faults. The lens can't extend or retract fully, so an error is being displayed. When the lens is extended, try gently nudging it back and forth to help re-align it.Unfortunately,lens errors like this must usually be fixed by a technician, or replace the camera if it's still under warranty.

this is how I got mine to work, while off hit the play button the triange icon on back of camera. go to reset under the wrench icon, set the date and time and sgut it off. turn back on. fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does the lens extract? If not it may be the reason for the image. Do not bang the lens or camera in the hope of releasing it. If it was dropped it may need to be reseated. Take it to a photographic shop for inspection.
How do you unlock the memory card
SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
