This unit does not have bluetooth, it is a manufacturers option which means it is fitted at the factory, you can buy a bluetooth module, but this would mean stripping the unit to mainboard as it has to be connected directly and if under warranty this would be void, unless fitted by Acer.

If you have a recovery CD turn you computer off by holding down the off button. Put your recover CD in the drawer and turn on your computer.
