this is simple just remove the left hand side of your case and there will be a round battery on your motherboard usually near the bottom this is whats stopping the motherboard from losing that password as it powers the bios chip to stop your bios from resetting every time your PC is turned of so just remove that for a minute then put it back and the password should be gone when you turn your computer back on hope this helped

In this case you need to check of the memory is good try to use another memory if you have. Remove the memory stick and try to turn in on. Is the unit beeping, reinsert the memory stick try to use the other memory slot. Clean the memory with the use of eraser. First cause of beeping is the memory problem. Is that one of the PCChips boards that has a jumper to enable/disable writing to the BIOS (Basic Input Output System? If it has a hard drive in it, disconnect or remove the hard drive, and then reset the BIOS, by removing the BIOS battery for 5 minutes, then put the (good?) battery back in, and boot it up without any hard drive.
