I have a Cuisinart breadmaker and I see these JZC-7F relays too. Popped one out and it's clicking but not closing the contact. will replace it.

Hi,
I usually take the paddle out of the machine at the end of the kneading cycle and before the rise cycle. (Do this with the pan out of the machine..just in case). You don't want to use anything in the pan that will scratch it. Usually a few quick taps of the bread pan on the cutting board will free the bread.

P.S the manual explains everything, the timer, the control panel, recipes etc. it really helps to have one.

In regards to this model's warming/baking system there are no user-serviceable parts. Sorry for your loss. Consider purchasing an identical replacement on eBay, that way you have spare parts remaining from the broken unit.

manualsonline.com it's under 10.00 but not free i looked everywhere and you cannot find one free nothing is free anymore.

Most bread machines are held in by 2 little spring clips...one on each side. They are under tension when the pan is in the oven and that is how it stays stable when kneading is taking place. So to get it out you have to release that tension and that is going take what I call the little "pop". Grab the handle of the pan right in the center with both hands and put a little slack in it by lowering the handle down about an inch and then "pop" it straight up the little clips will release ther hold on your pan......magic!!

yes, there is a drive belt in the bottom of your machine, if you can take the metal panel off of the bottom of your machine (unplugged of course!!!) you will see the belt and see if it has broken or slipped off .. here is a site that has replacement belts:

Hi, The "axle" shaft fits into a sealed bearing that allows the shaft to turn smoothly. This sealed bearing is filled with a lubricant to "oil" the bearing. Over time the bearing stiffens up and the lube leaks out or gels up. Keep an eye out for any lube leaking out. Fill the pan with warm water to see if it loosens up. Do this a few times. When the bearing does fail you will need a new bread pan. Hank

Set your bread machine program for 1.5 loaf medium crust. I used the gluten-free cycle on the Breadman; if you don't have a gluten-free cycle, I believe a rapid rise cycle will also work.

Check the dough after a few minutes of kneading- it should be closer to a muffin batter than bread dough, soft but not too wet. Adjust dry to wet ratio with a tablespoon of flour or warm liquid, as needed. Humidity influences the dough. As does temperature (your bread will rise higher on a hot day).

If you like a crusty loaf, remove the bread from the pan and place it in the oven at 350 degrees F for an additional 10 minutes- keep an eye on it and don't let it get too brown. It should be a light golden color.

Cool the loaf before slicing for best results.

Enjoy fresh from the oven- the first day (as with most gluten-free baked goods) has the best texture and taste
