IF CROSS THREADED YOU MAY HAVE TO USE TWO PIPE WRENCHES ONE TO HOLD FAUCET IN PLACE THE OTHER TO TRY TO UNSCREW IT MAYBE YOU COULD USE SOME WD40 OR SOME RUST REMOVEL SPAY TO GET IT LOOSE IF IT IS SO TIGHT THAT IT JUST WILL NOT BUDGE YOU MAY HAVE TO CUT IT AND BUY A WHOLE NEW FAUCET.

Usually these are located in the aerator section of the unit.

Here's a link to some info on restringing blinds which you'll have to do if you replace the blinds. For the trouble I would just get new blinds. Working with blinds can be frustrating even after you've done it a few times. On the other hand, it's fun to learn a new skill. Good luck!

Check the screen at the hose connection under the sink. Check the hoses for any large debris in them. Verify that the water pressure coming from the water outlets under the sink is good. There is obviously a restriction somewhere...you just need to locate it.

This is a view from the underside of our sink. Is this what you were talking about? The steel plate is W-shaped (upside down in this case) and has a single nut larger than 3/4". It's almost impossible to fit a wrench up there to tighten it.

There should be a nut holding the plate on. What is holding the u-shaped plate up?? You can't tighten the faucet from above. Seems strange the nut disappeared.

if you know how take out the cartridge and clean it out.this may help,if not you may need to replace the cartridge.good ouck on your project.

Try using a suction cup to pull the button out. Place the suction cup over the button and pull it outwards. The suction cup should create enough force to pull the button out. Taps lock up and rust. Although the outside is nice and shiny chrome, the inside is brass and they use steel screws that rust in place. Turn off the water, replace the whole thing. Take the parts back where you got them and buy the new one. When you get the new one, remove screws and removeable parts and grease them up with Vaseline.

There a little plastic tab on the cartridge that will line up with a notch in the valve body?...allowing it to go all the way in

They should simply twist off (unscrew)from the base. Assuming thus is a two handle faucet the "body" right below the handle will simply unscrew reveling the cartridge underneath. Hope this helps!

That model number is the beauty trim flange and not the actual faucet.
