Move it until it is at the zero position. 4) Push the crown back in to normal position. QUICK-SET OF THE CALENDAR DATE With the alarm switch off, pull out the crown halfway to the first "out" position (not fully out). Turn the crown clockwise to quick-set the date.

No manual, just this. You can however just search by the number of buttons, 2 , 4 or 4. They are all the same. Google 4 button chronograph watch manual
