I accidentally reset my camera
First things first: DO NOT take any more pictures with the memory card that you want to recover pictures from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of photo recovery.
Then try this
digital photo recovery software (also recover videos and music) to get them recovered. It should recover your files without problem.
How to Do? Just install the program on your computer, then connect your camera memory card and start to scan.
Remember - Do NOT try & write anything back to your memory card untill you can retrieve your pictures safely!

Messed with mine for a while and discovered the following:
I mashed the entire directional pad (ok and arrows) with my big fat thumb and hit power at the same time. This apparently reset something inside the camera and it's now functional again.

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
