If your using a windows computer like Windows Vista, 7, or 8. Right click on your desktop and click screen resolution. It'll bring up monitor properties, you can click the other monitor plugged into your computer and set it as the default. If your graphics card supports it you could even click to extend displays and use both at same time, moving your mouse past edge of one of sides of your screen to move to other display.
There are two possiblities: check your settings in power management available in control panel and reset it to default.
If problem continues then change your charger, there probably something wrong with it. If it is under warrenty then contact with the company

The video signal is not getting into your display.
Check the connections on both sides of your cable (display side and display card side). If that didn't help, switch off your PC, make sure youre display card is in its correct place (try taking it out and putting it back again). Switch on your PC and check again. If the problem continues, try replacing your display card.
Observe your system temp. (Processor and Motherboard) on the CMOS setup to see if the temp is rising. If the temp is higher than normal you need to check if your system fan or cpu fan is working fine or the inside need some cleaning.
Press F8 on startup and choose safe mode, this should eliminate some of the programs loaded.
type in the run/cmd box 'msconfig' and press enter.
go to startup tab and un-tick some of the startup programs that are not Microsoft, this will stop them automatically loading them into memory.
Be careful which ones, as it could stop some programs working.
This should allow you to re-boot and remove some of the programs using the control panel icon 'programs and features'.
Try this
go to desktop by holding the windows key and pressing the M key
right click on the background and go to graphic properties and then go to advanced mode. Here you will find color adjustment options for webcam. If this doesn't fix the issue, then the issue could be through the software you are using, for example Skype.
