I am guessing you have a br-reader in your windows machine. You need to channel the blueray audio via a recording app like audacity. Check this video for the steps - Download audacity from here - http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Right click the camera in device manager and select UNINSTALL. Then click ACTION at the top and choose SCAN FOR HARDWARE CHANGES. The device should reappear in the device manager.
depends on the computer and TV. new stuff will have hdmi ports, older stuff has svideo which also requires and audio lead 3.5mm headphone Jack to 2rca. hope that helps

Your question is a little confusing, but the only way you can use a already loaded hard drive in another computer is if you put it in the exact same model computer. Windows will crash before it even starts since all the drivers are wrong. If your just trying to install a new blank hard drive then yes you will have no bios problems. Just make sure you buy the correct hard drive. There are different connectors, IDE and SATA.
Usually you'll get some errors in the system event log saying the hard drive is going bad. If it won't boot then you can put it in another computer or hard drive enclosure to test.
If you can tell me what the Os do you use, it could be must better.
On XP you can try this:Boot computer and press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice when you See Windows welcome screen / login screen. It'll show classic login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in username field and leave password field blank, press Enter and you should be able to login Windows. Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".
On Win 7 or Vista:Ctrl+Alt+Delete won't work, you have to use some windows password reset tool. I recommend Windows Password Reset.

Which ever way round you plugged in should not have resulted in what happened.
You should have a green light on the adaptors case when plugged into the mains weather it's plugged into the laptop or not, if not check the plug fuse.
Is it the correct adaptor for the Laptop? TO CHECK look at the underside of the adaptor the output voltage and amps should be the same as on the base of the Laptop.
Hold the power button down for longer than 5 seconds to ensure the Laptop is off.
Remove the battery and try with just the adaptor plugged in ONLY if its the same output voltage as the laptop.
Remove the memory stick and replace then try and boot again this can sometimes reset the computer.
Leave the adaptor plugged in with the Laptop off to try and put some power in the battery and then try with just the battery.
I have a feeling the adaptor is faulty and it was coincidental that the laptop switched off as you plugged it in, I think you just ran out of battery power.
If in doubt get an electrical shop to test the adaptors output.
