1999 Honda CBR 900 RR Fireblade "transmission" Questions

My 98 cbr 900 rr is jumping out of 2nd gear. I find out that is my transmission. Can i install 06-07 cbr 1000 transmission? the dogs on 2rd gear will be worn and no the 1000 gear box will not fit
