2004 Derbi Senda SM 125 4T "chain move won" Questions

...promptly flew off, chain now bent and kickstat still engaged unable to start or move bike.? Apparently a gear from the kick start level has become jammed which is why the engine won't turn.

won't come out.. Is there something else I need to do to get it out.. Here are the steps from the manual: Electric Starter Removal 1. Remove L.H. crankcase cover. 2. Remove idler gear 1 and shaft.
