drill mode the clutch pin is worn. This part is 635718-00 its only a couple bucks. not hard to repair either bout 5 min. Adjust the clutch to a higher setting. Mine is adjustable from a 1 to maybe 25.

My Makita drill, model6347D, has very little torque and slips very easily even though the adjusting ring is on 16. What has occured and how can I fix this? Change the CHUCK . Can find it at ->link.
