Toro Blowers Rake and Vac - Electric Blower/Vac - 51573 "breaker sizing motors" Questions

Toro model 51575. Was using it as a vacuum and it just shut off. Checked breakers ...all ok. Plugged it in direct to outlet and still nothing. What might be the problem? If you're Toro electric blower
