2002 Toyota RAV4 "cd err 3" Questions

I have a toyota 2002 rav4 can't get the cd to eject out of the cd player it reads err-3 how can i resolve this problem put the cd player off and on repetaedly until the err-3 disappears.

Code for my radio it says err-3 err-3 usually shows up when a CD has a fault. You may have a CD stuck in the player or the radio thinks there is one in it.
