just screw into the case. If your getting a reading on the speedometer is the input sensor, if your not getting a reading on the speedometer its the output speed sensor (known as vehicle speed sensor)

Input Sensor. The one (at the same level) towards the left side of the van is the Output sensor. I believe a 1-in wrench will work, after you unplug the sensors. Torque going-on for both is 20 ft-lbs.
