on the wire going from the fuse box to the horn. If that test is ok then check the horn itself or replace it. Sounds to me like maybe power is not getting to your horn, not plugged in or fuse is blown

horn, however chances are the fuse is blown - check this first - if this is good, then replace the relay - if the horn still does not work, then it is most likely that the switch in the steering wheel
