1999 GMC Safari "headlight adjustment" Questions

everything was running OK. we got home after 650 mile trip and when i dimmed the headlights the engine quit. now the headlights won't work, the mirrors won't adjust, the interior lights won't come on.

how do i change my low beam head light? What you do is remove the entire headlight assembly, usually with 3 or 4 NON ADJUSTMENT screws. Then the whole assembly comes out and you can access the bulb.
