have a 98 mustang 3.8 it's burning fuel to lean, What could it be? Bad 02 sensor, clogged fuel filter, weak fuel pump. Have the computer scanned, it should tell you what is wrong if it is a bad sensor

...a clogged filter or bad fuel pump. Take it to a shop and have them run diagnostics. That will tell you what is wrong. My bet is that the filter is clogged but it could also be injectors or fuel
