Sony KDL-32S3000 32 in. LCD Television "tv white screen" Questions

TV has developed a horizontal thin white line across the center of the screen from edge tp edge If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's

white lines on the screen (the screen is divided in 4 even sized parts) and some parts of the screen have double vision. It usually happens when turning the TV on and goes away by itself after awhile.
