no heat with an ohm meter and with heater unplugged, check for contanuity all the way from wall plug to the heating elements. check heating elements for resistance.

with heater unplugged, check all connections with an ohm meter, sounds like something got jarred loose. also check heating elements for resistance. if no ressistance, probably a broken heating element
