Hotpoint Aquarius WD640 Front Load Washer/Dryer "clothes doesnt spin enough" Questions

cycle and it doesnt spin clothes dry at final spin cycle now. it wont build up full speed of spin cycle to get clothes dry enough to put in the dryer. Time to check out and clean your filter..........
