my fossil blue bq-9068 keeps time on the digital side but the hands don't move. what am i doing wrong? Sometimes these watches have 2 batteries. One for the digital & one for the hands.

fossil blue BQ9089 stop working but the linght still lights up The light is only powered by the battery. The watch itself has many moving parts and probably has some kind of mechanical issue.
