start easily, but when I applied throttle to use the machine, the revs reduced slightly, the engine made a sort of strangled sound and cut out. It starts again easily enough, but simply won't run.

coming out of the bottom. (like it's flooded) . Took the plug out, dried it, heated it, cleared the flood and tried again. Not a pop or anything. Thanks in Advance. P.S. This saw is approx 10-15 years
